At Es Mestral we honour the cooking of our roots, yet we see it through fresh eyes. Each dish is born of respect for local produce, the affection we pour into our craft, and the soul lent by the grill, the land, and the sea of Mallorca. That’s why we work hand in hand with farmers, ranchers, and producers who know every corner of the island. Our meats are sourced nearby, vegetables sprout from neighbouring gardens, and our spices speak with a Mallorcan accent. Every ingredient arrives in our kitchen with a name, an origin, and a purpose.
